Battery Management System

Smart BMS transforms a 16-cell lithium-ion pack into a protected, data-rich energy source—combining millivolt-level sensing, dual-mode balancing, and cloud-ready telemetry inside a high-side NFET architecture.

Sub millivolt instrumentation

±1.5 mV voltage and ±200 A current accuracy detect cell drift early, preventing runaway and extending cycle life.

Active + passive balancing

160 mA passive bleed or 1 A active transfer equalises cells rapidly, unlocking full capacity after high rate charges.

Six fold safety envelope

OVP, UVP, OCP, SCP, OTP, and UTP safeguards isolate faults in microseconds, protecting loads and installers alike.

High side NFET topology

Simplifies grounding, enables true load disconnect, and minimises reverse polarity damage during field maintenance.

Multi bus connectivity & OTA

UART, RS 485, CAN, Wi Fi/MQTT, and PylonTech compatible frames feed inverters, mobile apps, and cloud analytics—firmware updates arrive wirelessly or over serial.

Configurable high current profile

40 60 V packs support 50 A charge / 100 A discharge, matching EV, solar, and UPS duty cycles without redesign.
